Say hello to Kaila and her dog, Remie! Kaila also has two kitties named Addison and Ted.

Before joining our team as a technician in September of 2021, Kaila worked as the lead surgery tech at the Elgin Veterinary Equine Hospital.

Kaila graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from Louisiana State University, where she also worked as a technician for several years. Kaila loves animals of all sizes, but her favorite to work with are horses, and she even worked at a thoroughbred breeding facility in Kentucky!

At work, Kaila's favorite thing to do is to monitor and assist with surgery. Outside of work, Kaila loves cooking, and going on hikes with Remie, and her husband Cameron!
